 Info: K. Schmidt was a 20th century painter. He was a trader and traveled regularly in the Bavaria / Saxony region. He financed his stays with his beautiful paintings. Schmidt worked as a commissioned artist. He was very fond of painting the Ore Mountains landscape with its small houses, autumn pictures with straw dolls, beautiful rose bouquets and winter landscapes. His works were very popular, so that the art print shop Radiumbad Oberschlema published some in the 1950s. As postcards and also as art prints.
